SupplierZone™ is an online tool we have designed to assist us to ensure the quality and delivery of garments are achieved to our exact standards. We can monitor KPI information and ensure standards are maintained.

Once suppliers have been approved for supply following rigorous assessment for capability, and ethical and environmental policies they will be given access to SupplierZone™.

The website provides an overview of the dealings with A&D. It gives KPI information for performance over the past 12 months for delivery, quality, value of spend etc.

At order level the supplier can pick up or obtain copies of current orders, view past orders and see delivery and quality performance for that delivery. Specifications and other documents are also available to download.

We recognise delivery is of the essence and in order to ensure garments are received on their due dates, we have put in place a rigorous tracking system which is completed by the supplier at each stage of the process. They confirm receipt of order, receipt of fabrics, receipt of patterns and specification, when they cut, when they sow, and when they ship. By confirming these dates electronically in a simple form we are able to remove any barriers to delivery and monitor the production cycle.
